- Orders placed before our cut-off times on business days will be processed and prepared for delivery on the same day.
- For same-day pick-up orders, our cut-off time is 5pm.
- For same-day delivery orders in Vancouver, our cut-off time is 2pm.
- Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
- At Downtown Florist, we strive to deliver orders within the requested delivery date; however, please note that unforeseen circumstances or external factors may occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
- We offer delivery to Vancouver, West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Burnaby, and Richmond. For specific delivery locations, please check our delivery page or you can input your address into the delivery area in your order to see the fee that is charged.
- For deliveries outside our designated delivery areas, additional charges may apply. Please contact us in advance to discuss the availability and feasibility of delivery to your desired location.
- At Downtown Florist, we offer standard delivery as our default option, ensuring your flowers are delivered safely to the recipient's address.

- To avoid any additional delivery fees, we also offer free in-store pickup at our flower shop in downtown Vancouver.

- We encourage all deliveries to have a phone number that we can contact in the case where our delivery driver has an issue with the drop-off location.
- If the recipient is not available at the delivery address, we will assess the situation based on various factors. Our delivery personnel may leave the flowers at the front door ensuring they are protected from the elements. Alternatively, we may contact the recipient or sender to arrange an alternative delivery time.
- In rare cases where specific flower varieties or colours are not available due to seasonal or supply limitations, our skilled florists will make appropriate substitutions of equal or higher value while maintaining the overall look and feel of the arrangement.
